Newly appointed Afghan provincial security commanders.
1. General Juma Gol Hemmat, hast been appointed as Nangarhar Police Commander.
2. General Jamshid Tutakhil hast been appointed as Kabul Police Commander.
3. General Sanai Stanekzai, has been appointed as Herat Police Commander.
4. General Toriali Farahi, has been appointed as the General Director of Plan and Operation of the Ministry of Interior.
5. General Zalmai Mangal has been appointed as the General Director of Criminal Crimes of the Ministry of Interior.
This is not the first time in the history that, war criminals have been promoted through Pakistan into governmental system of Afghanistan at the cost of the bloodshed of our northern families.
But this time, they did not consider expediency in the appointments at all.
Previously, in five posts, two posts were left open for the satisfaction of other tribes.
These appointed people are not alone. ISI Pakistan and the southern Network are backing them. For the sake of the security in particular provinces such as Herat and Mazar-esharif the people of these provinces should not let these criminals to go to the security services. Like the people of Badghis, they did not let General Juma Gol Hemmat to enter the Badghis Province to fill the post of Bad Ghais as governor.
The project is transparent and the fish has reached its tail.

Dose it means the extensive removals and assassinations of the scientific, economic, wise, political and security elites of Herat and Mazare-Sharif?!
Because these appointed commonders have a high number of murders and criminal mischief in their records.
The new police chiefs of Herat General Sanai Stanekzai and Mullah Abbas Stanekzai are members of the same thought, belief, goal and family.
Of course, these are facing the same enemy. Who are the enemies of the Taliban in Herat and in Mazare-Sharif?!
Has it been decided that, the Taliban should officially leads the provincial security headquarters?
Is that why the targeted assassinations have been increased?
So the security forces do not know that, the enemy is leading them imperceptibly and the assassination plans have been extensively carried out by Taliban in the national security uniform safely.
