Young Heraties flogged by the Taliban

The Taliban in Herat province flogged four young Herati youths for not fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.

The youth of Herat insisted that they did not break their Fast. Nevertheless, the Taliban brutally flogged young people in public. Fasting is obligatory on Muslim men and women. Religion, belief and faith is the relationship between man and God. If in this regard man violates the commandments of God or if he / she does a good deed, the reward and punishment comes from God in doomsday.

Humans live in the world Based with two laws. One is the law of God. The second is the human law.

Human rights institutions are defined for the violation of human law. Police, court, judge and prison. So if a crime is committed in the earth, for example, if you hurt someone , the punishment is determined by the law of the land, by police, court and judge. This is the human law. But in the law of God if someone committed sin, like you don’t pray five times a day or you break the fast , you will be punished by God but in his court on the judgment day.

In this low the right to choose religion belongs to man himself. By force cannot be said that he is subjected to God’s law.
Confession on the tongue and acknowledgment by the heart must be done in order to build faith in God.
So acknowledgment by heart, is formed by man/women own will and consent based on choice not by force.

Although fasting is a presumption for Muslim men and women, this presupposition is the law of God, and according to the low of God and human health conditions, God has given the choice of fasting or not fasting to his servants.

Every Muslim has choice to fast or not to fast according to his/her own health conditions.
Rewards and punishments are promised only by God on the day of Judgment in the Qur’an.

Fasting is an individual choice, If breaking Fast is a sin in Islam, it is an individual sin.
Whipping a person who has not taken his fast one-day for his God, is whipping on human dignity.

To punish a person who breaks the law of God by a human is being to interfere in the work of God. I will ask you a question.

Is an ordinary citizen allowed to do justice to his own judge instead of judge in court???
not at all.
If anyone does this, he/she is himself guilty and would has been punished.
So when we do not have the right to interfere in the work of a human being, how did the Taliban allow themselves to interfere in the law of God and the work of God ???

The people of Herat should not live like sheep and make the terrorist Taliban their shepherd.
Man is born one day and leaves the world one day.

But how happy and nice is to live manfully and die manfully.
The Taliban are terrorists and living in the south of Afghanistan. Their lives are based on drugs production , trafficking , murdering, explosions self suicide women rights violation which is more serious Sins than breaking fast in Islam. Becouse these sins are violating human rights and human law as well.

These dirty people come to Herat, which is the cradle of civilization and wisdom, and whip people for not fasting ???
Man and the woman of Herat must be armed against this ignorant fanatic terrorists and defend their human dignity.
