Hamid Karzai and Mohammad Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, the spiritual fathers of the Taliban from within the regime, at the head of the regime, have been devised plans to kill non-Pashtun-speaking Afghans at the Presidential Palace. The killing plans of non-Pashtuns, especially non-Sunnis people in Afghanistan, from the Presidential Palace has been intensively increased.
Previously, the Taliban, as the terrorist arm of the Presidential Palace, carried out plans to assassinate the Northern people of Afghanistan. Now the national security commanders, the police commanders and the national Army comonders related to the Southern Network have been openly started killing the Afghan non Pashtun people in the northern regions of Afghanistan. Meanwhile, on January 29, 2021, Allah Dad Fadaei, the police chief of Maidan Wardak province, ordered the firing on civilian protesters, killing 11 civilians and injuring 30 other civilians. Locals say that Allah Dad Fadaei, the police chief of Maidan Wardak province, remained in Behsud districts for about 25 days with the presence of hundreds of security forces of Maidan Wardak, Bamyan, Kabul with light and heavy weapons. But their presence was questionable for the locals. The locals met several times with the police chief, Mr. Allah Dad Fedaei, but to no avail. But later it turned out that Allah Dad Fadaei was preparing for the killing of Hazara people in Behsud district of Wardak province and for the elimination of Mr. Alipour with several hundred armed forces. Following the release of a video showing that government forces were firing on civilians at the behest of Allah Dad Fedaei, the police commander’s duties were suspended and his case was sent to the responsible judiciary. But recently it became clear that Allah Dad Fadaei was appointed as the security chief of Laghman police instead of being punished.
Afghan Interior Minister Massoud Andarabi opposed Allah Dad Fedaei appointment, which eventually led to his resignation.
