
The Taliban have focused all their efforts on expanding the geography of the war to Northeast and Nortwest of Afghanistan.
The southern network using Taliban fighters to seize more territory in the Northeast and Nortwest part of the country.
Herat, Kunar, Nangarhar, Nuristan, Tagab and Nejrab, Kapisa, Parwan, Panjshir and Badakhshan provinces are included in the strategic insecurity plan of the Southern Network and the Taliban. The issue of dismissal of the Minister of public health Mr. Osmans and the economic suicide explosions of Islam Qala customs have direct realation to the spread of war to the Notheastern regions of Afghanistan.
Wit the explosion of the port of Islam Qala, and the closure of the Salang Highway, food items in northeastern Afghanistan have been linked to the border with Pakistan so that, the toxic contaminants can enter the northeastern province of Afghanistan strategically.
With the dismissal of the Minister of Public Health of Afghanistan, Mr. Osmani, it is planned that low-quality and harmful drugs will be strategically imported to Afghanistan from Pakistan and the people of northern Afghanistan will be silently, gradually, slowly and imperceptibly killed.
On the Northwestern provinces of Afghanistan specially in Guzra districts, Shindand, Chesht and Pashtun districts of Zarun in Herat province, Bakwa, Bala Block and Delaram districts in Farah province, districts and city of Tiwara in Ghor province, Ghormach districts, Bala Murghab and center of Badghis province and finally Khadhroad district in Nimroz Province are the districts where, according to provincial officials, the Taliban and the Southern Network still carry out terrorist activities.
Nimroz Province shares a border with Iran.
According to US-Taliban agreement in joint secret cooperation with the Southern Network the war and insecurity must spread to northeastern Afghanistan, which shares borders with China, and to northwestern Afghanistan, which shares common borders with Iran.
That is why the Taliban with support of Pakistan and the Southern Network announced their readiness to increase their attacks in the coming springs in the Northeast and in the Northwest regions of Afghanistan.
Local officials in Faryab province said that, Taliban leaders had recently traveled to Pakistan and returned back to the province after receiving military training and equipment. They plan to intensify their attacks next spring.
